What happens when 25 years of marriage butts heads with 25 hours of marriage? Burt and Karen are baby boomers that go bust when Burt losses his long time job with General Motors. With the kids grown and off to university, the couple decide upon a Cancun vacation to mark their 25th anniversary but things take a turn for the hilarious when newlyweds Ken and Tiffany lay claim to Burt and Karen’s hotel room. Due to a last minute reservation snafu the pair of young Toronto trust funders find themselves locked in a Mexican standoff with Burt and Karen’s working -class Windsor sensibilities. Come celebrate Christmas with these misfit couples and they’ll give you the holiday gift that keeps on giving... laughter!

This murderously funny comedy involves ex-spouses Paul and Polly Butler who write murder mysteries together. They act out the crimes in Paul's apartment: poisoned chocolates and lethal martinis, alibis and fingerprints, bodies in a trunk and bodies all tied up, daggers, guns and even an axe all contribute to the hilarity. Nobody gets hurt, but their egos take some hits with fast paced comic twists as they attempt to outdo and surprise each other. The final witty complication results in a real murder which they and the audience should have seen coming.

Bigamist taxi driver John Smith keeps his two families in different parts of London, both happy and blissfully unaware of each other. However, his teenage children, a girl from one family and a boy from the other, have met on the Internet and are anxious to meet in person since they have so much in common including surname and taxi driving dad! Keeping them apart plunges John into a comedic hell hole of his own making and with the help of his friend Stanley the situation spirals out of control as John juggles outrageously with the truth.

Hilarious sparring ensures as they explore every fantasy from leather to lace, and portray every couple’s desire to grow together and yet maintain individuality.
