This renowned comedy begins with a group of guys assembled for a card game in the apartment of a divorced slob, Oscar Madison, and if the mess is any indication, it is no wonder his wife left him. The meticulous and neurotic Felix Unger has just broken up with his wife, depressed and with nowhere else to go, Felix is urged by Oscar to move in with him, at least for a while, with hilarious results.
